16th Annual Memorial Service

Taste of Wachusett Was Fantastic!

We recently participated in the annual “Taste of Wachusett,” where we had a table and offered our Food Service Director, Larry Peak’s best clam chowder, several different flavored cheesecakes, and different flavored cupcakes.

Although we did not win any official prizes, our table was enjoyed by all persons. We were written up in the Clinton “ITEM” newspaper as having the best presentation of chowder. We had served it in wine glasses and they loved that!

This event is held annually at the base of Wachusett Mountain and many local restaurants participate. The funny thing was that many who visited our table asked Larry “where is your restaurant located”….they were so impressed with his baking skills.
